Welcome to the Juniors page of Strong Youth Project! Our youth fitness training programs focus on empowering young individuals to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Through a combination of fitness training, nutritional guidance, and mental wellness workshops, we aim to nurture strong, resilient youth who can make a positive impact on their communities.

Juniors Summer Program

Development: 

These sessions are designed for those newer to the sport looking to develop the fundamentals of skills and athletic movement.  

Juniors & Academy (2014-2020)

(60 minute sessions 2x / week for 6 weeks)

Tuesday and Thursday starting June 10th

Training:  These sessions are for those participating on competitive teams.  In addition to learning fundamental skills & athletic movement there is also a focus on bringing effort, focus, and intensity to the training environment.

Summer Soccer (Starts June 10th)

Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday

3:00-4:30 pm (2014-2017)

4:30-6:00 pm (2007-2014)

Soccer Skills (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Performance training (Speed, Agility, weight room)

5v5 games (Thursdays)

Special Summer of Soccer pricing:

$180 for 6 weeks of sessions

3 sessions/week and you can mix and match Summer Soccer, Striker, and Open Play sessions.
